Paving the way for Latino business success

Launched in 2023, Latino Economic Empowerment and Development (LEEAD) is an organization dedicated to ensuring that Latino-owned businesses have equitable access to procurement opportunities in the public and private sectors. Providing Latino small businesses with the economic development tools to grow and scale, we help them through advocacy, education, resources, and access to capital. As an organization committed to seeing the Latino business community thrive and prosper, we work tirelessly to deliver opportunities that nurture sustainable growth.

Our goal is to increase the number of Latino owned businesses

Through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs, we equip Latino businesses with the knowledge and skills they need to successfully navigate bureaucratic processes and overcome challenges.

We work to connect businesses with financing options and investment opportunities, enabling them to grow and prepare for procurement opportunities.

We are creating a supportive community where businesses can connect, collaborate, and leverage each other’s strengths to achieve mutual success.
